A FREE LIVE 30-minute PRIVATE ZOOM session and assessment with Diane. This is an Intro designed to give you a Pilates Mat experience, whether new you're new to Pilates, to Mat Pilates or just new to exercise, This 1-on-1 session will give you the chance to see what Pilates feels like in your body as I interact with you and teach some of the fundamental exercises. Perhaps you'l even fall in love with Plates like millions of people have! All you need is a mat or a towel, a comfortable place to lie down with room around you to extend your arms and legs, an Internet connection and a device with a camera. Once you click to sign up, you will be taken to a page with a form. Please fill this out so we may schedule your session.
