pilates for menopause

I didn't discover the awesome power of Pilates until I was 45 & in perimenopause with all the worst symptoms. The doctors suggested exercise, but I was feeling lazy and hated sweating. Then a physical therapist I was seeing for osteoarthritis introduced me to Pilates and I was totally surprised at how much I liked exercising for the first time in my life. I also loved how quickly I got results.
Since then, Pilates has gotten me through menopause, injuries, surgeries, & other aging curveballs. I'm now rockin' my LATE 60's and so happy to be in the best shape & health of my life, thanks to Pilates.
That's why it gives me such pleasure to share with you my Anti-Aging Pilates workouts, the very same exercises I used and have shared with hundreds of women like you.
