Service Description
This class is designed to teach you or reinforce the fundamentals of body awareness so that you can work out safely and start to get the benefits of practicing Pilates like millions of people have...AND GROW ON FROM THERE! Once you learn the fundamentals, you will gradually transition to higher levels of the program, learning balance, stability, strength, precision and body control. All you need is a mat or a towel, a comfortable place to lie down with room around you to extend your arms and legs, an Internet connection and a device with a camera. ALSO, you can save money by taking these classes as part of your Monthly 45 Min. Class Plan for up to 40% off. See "Pricing" tab on home page. Please book your class at least 48 hours in advance using your own email address. You will receive a confirmation email from appointments@wixbookings.com which will include your unique Zoom link. Just click on it and it will download even if you don't have a Zoom account. It's that easy! If you don’t see it in your inbox, look in your spam or junk mail folder. For the future please add that email address to your contacts. It will also have the link to the Zoom.

Cancellation Policy
All sessons must be paid 48 hours in advance. Please note, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all sessions. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full amount of the session.
